Each member of our team has completed additional awareness and prevention programs to enhance their knowledge and preparedness.

Now, you can check-in from your car, just by texting us at 985-809-7645. You may choose to wait in the comfort of your car for several different reasons, and we understand. Just send us a text when you arrive in our parking lot and we’ll send a text back when your hygienist or dentist are ready for you.

Along with short hair or hair that is worn up; this means no long fingernails, no jewelry, and no watches for any team member while in the dental office.

Every patient is different and some may need a little extra time; whether it’s to ask questions, address health concerns, or if you just need more time to move around. We schedule enough time with our patients so that you will never feel rushed.

With an in-office laundry center, our comfort items and lab coats are washed after each use. You will never be given a blanket that was used by another patient without being cleaned first.

Each of our standard hygiene and procedure rooms are equipped with space for extra guests to sit. Whether you’re family is taking turns in the chair, you’re children joined you for your visit, or you just needed a little extra support, there is a comfortable, cushioned bench in the windowsill of our bay windows.

Some consultations and follow-up visits can be handled via our secure, patient communication portal. It is a cool, ultra-safe, and efficient extension of our dental office.

We have always been super clean as we thoroughly wipe, sanitize and disinfect all instruments, equipment and surfaces in each operatory after every patient.

Surfaces in the dental office are wiped down throughout the day to keep anything you may come in contact with sterile, such as countertops and handles.

This is standard at all times, and nothing has changed. Anything that goes near your mouth is heat and pressure cleaned between every use. We even use a test strip to make sure our sterilization equipment is doing its job.

Our air has never been cleaner. Along with high-efficiency filters in our HVAC system, we have added stand-alone Hepa filtration systems to each operatory and our reception room.

We do not use latex gloves so as to eliminate the potential for allergic reactions in latex sensitive patients.

Our water supply for each treatment chair is bottled distilled water replenished daily and dispensed via an enclosed system. Our water lines are protected from bacteria build-up.

Radiation exposure is reduced 95% with our digital radiographs and 3D Cone Beam imaging machine.

Our new patient forms are very important your experience in our office. Make sure we are informed on your personal and health information so that we can tailor your visit to your needs. Once your first appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive a text and email link to complete your forms prior to your appointment. This allows you to complete them at your own pace, not feel rushed or lose time with your dentist, and access them in a format that is most convenient to you.

All waste disposal is under-counter and accessed through minimal 4-inch openings. The waste bags are “collared” directly onto the waste chute so waste is disposed of efficiently and is contained tightly inside the bag.
